These assessments are operated by Human Development Solutions (HDS), a learning and organisational-development firm based in Dubai, UAE. This notice explains what we do with the details you choose to share.
What we collect
When you unlock a full result, run a team campaign, or contact us, we collect the details you enter — your email, and optionally your name, role, and organisation. We record when you gave consent and against which version of this notice. The individual answers you give inside an assessment stay in your own browser and are not stored against your name.
How we use it
Unlocking a full result reveals it on this page — we don’t email it to you. We use the details you enter only to follow up if a conversation about your organisation’s culture or leadership development seems worth having. Your details are stored in HDS’s own client-relationship system. We don’t send you a newsletter unless you separately ask for one, and we don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We keep your details only as long as needed for the purpose above, in line with the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law.
